London Christmas Markets: Leicester Square & Southbank feat. The Duchess of Candles

London during Xmas is one huge light show, with Christmas markets and ice rinks absolutely everywhere. The outdoor entertainment is insane and there’s a merry mood wherever you go. Leicester Square is just lovely with it’s Xmas market lighting up all the showbiz attractions of this famous square, and so we went on the hunt for the perfect Christmas present for the favourite female members for your family and bumped into The Duchess of Candles! God, the preciousness of all her antique cups, filled with gorgeous smelling eco-wax felt like visiting a jewellery box – one piece more beautiful than the other. From there, straight over to Southbank, we totally adore the vibe on the river! Jimmy’s Lodge sets the tone, and his igloos are the perfect spot to spend an evening in a unique and original location. The market offers everything the heart desires, from German sausages to chocolate kisses to mulled wine stalls and so much more. The decorations are lovely too, and to round off the evening, go on the vintage carousel or for something more high-tech and high-rising.
